How fast and good they did do all they could to solve problem, is an example of perfect service and customer support. Very good The order was processed ok and we were kept well informed on the delivery including a delay of 15 days (with option to cancel the order if we wanted). So the parcel arrived about two weeks later than originally scheduled which was not significant in our case. However, once the delay notified every thing went exactly as said and the delivery arrived exactly on date with exactly what was expected. So good marks except for this unexpected delay.
