35” 360 booth, IPad LCD booth and Melody’s service I ordered the 35” automatic 360 booth, the enclosure, the led lights and the LCD iPad station. There were other items included as well. The product was customized and sent out in an extremely timely manner. During the designing and packaging of my ordered products, the customer service rep Melody was PHENOMENAL! She kept me informed of when the items shipped and let me know the day of arrival while following up to ensure they arrived on the said day. The only issue i had was the power adapter was faulty but melody came to the rescue and quickly reissued me a replacement adapter. Melody always responded quickly and helped any questions or issues i had! She is the epitome of what a customer service rep should be

I haven’t received the product yet but I received a mailing tracking number the next day after purchasing. So happy!! I will definitely be purchasing my next photo booth from this company.

Dishonest and disappointed I was very disappointed with my experience with this company. I did not receive my logos and they were not honest about where my booth was being shipped from or the shipping time. Being honest and up front with customers is important. I will not be purchasing anything else with this company.

She even sent me the tracking information. I won't lie at first I was really skeptical about all the good reviews. 5 stars for sure.
