GBwas sent the incorrect item I was sent the incorrect item to start and then had to take pkg to be shipped back and pay a fee to print label. The company policy is to wait until they receive return before sending a replacement even though it was their fault to begin with. Customer service was able to resolve issue but still took at least a wk longer.

GBGreat service and great tool The shop light was delivered in quick fashion and well packed. Upon arrival the light was discovered to have an issue. I sent an email requesting a replacement. I received a reply within 45 minutes including a prepaid shipping label for the return. Replacement arrived quickly and is fault free.
