Strong splitter and easy to use Other than one of the wheels being broke when it was sent to me, it's a very sturdy strong little splitter that doesn't a great job. Just hope it lasts. Zero complaints so far with its abilities.

Nice product & great customer service I purchased a cement mixer. It looks to be well built, and the price direct from bilthard was fantastic. I had some questions, and one small part needed replacement. I contacted Bilthard's customer service, and they responded right away, and they were truly helpful. I would not hesitate to order from them again.

Needs Better Packaging; Good Customer Support Overall Score: 4. The log splitter arrived in a box that had been severely damaged. All of the inside packaging was broken into small pieces. The unit, legs, bolt packages, etc. were floating around in the box. The legs were bent, the unit was dirty. Packaging Score: 1. I contacted customer support. They would have sent me a new unit, but they were out of the model that was on a stand, so they refunded me my money. Customer Support Score: 5.

Missing motor assembly screw Pulled motor assembly out of the box to find a nut and screw floating around inside. 1 of 4 motor assembly screws. Pulled it apart and made the repair. Also, no way to fasten the pole/base shroud?? My order did ship quickly, but ended up being 1 day late.

Very easy to put together and use Very easy to put together and use. I was very impressed by how good it tilled up my garden and made is so much easier than a shovel. Highly recommend
