Needs Better Packaging; Good Customer Support Overall Score: 4. The log splitter arrived in a box that had been severely damaged. All of the inside packaging was broken into small pieces. The unit, legs, bolt packages, etc. were floating around in the box. The legs were bent, the unit was dirty. Packaging Score: 1. I contacted customer support. They would have sent me a new unit, but they were out of the model that was on a stand, so they refunded me my money. Customer Support Score: 5.

Nice product & great customer service I purchased a cement mixer. It looks to be well built, and the price direct from bilthard was fantastic.
