Needs Better Packaging; Good Customer Support Overall Score: 4. The log splitter arrived in a box that had been severely damaged. All of the inside packaging was broken into small pieces. The unit, legs, bolt packages, etc. were floating around in the box. The legs were bent, the unit was dirty. Packaging Score: 1. I contacted customer support. They would have sent me a new unit, but they were out of the model that was on a stand, so they refunded me my money. Customer Support Score: 5.

This splitter did better than my… This splitter did better than my expectations. Of course there is always room for improvement, such as the riser frame. Mask the bolt holes before painting. I had to chase the threads in all mounting holes. Wheels could have been a larger diameter to facilitate overland movement. These are just wishes i suppose.

Strong splitter and easy to use Other than one of the wheels being broke when it was sent to me, it's a very sturdy strong little splitter that doesn't a great job. Just hope it lasts. Zero complaints so far with its abilities.
