The WiFi is the most important aspect We buy these for all of our service techs for checking boilers, furnaces, duct work and air conditioning systems. We use these because of the Wifi connection. It allows us to upload to our service app immediately and we don't have to deal with SD cards. We have bought almost 40 of them already and will continue to use them.

Quality company, quality instrument It has been three weeks and package has not arrived yet. Depstech responded fast. Problem was with slow mail not with Depstech. DS580 is impressive; the hard case will protect this quality instrument getting bounced around, the image display is clear and showing good detail, the whole kit smacks of quality. I am ordering another one as a gift to a relative.

Very pleased with the fast responses They are very fast to respond any mails. I had to return an item and They explained the process in detail. However the shippement for the return was 36€ which is quite a lot. It would be nice if they offered a cheaper way to return orders.

Arrived as claimed. Arrived as claimed. Regarding the DS580 - it does what Depstech claim: robust, sharp and clear picture out put. Still using and getting used to the endoscope, not to mentioned the rugged casing. All's well.
