Well to begin with I believed I placed… Well to begin with I believed I placed an order for a pair of boots successfully after hours of searching for the right pair. Only to learn in the next following day or so that for sum reason the purchase didn't go all the way through even after I received the confirmation email or whatever . I received a txt saying the money was removed from account and paid to discount safety gear but never have received the boots. Next thing I know I'm getting this email asking me to rate my experience..... My experience personally is it sucks and I wouldn't recommend it to supply any body for anything . The company this opinion of mine and I'm very disappointed as well

Commutations about order was very poor Commutations about order was very poor, when’d I called them, they were reall good to deal with, email, not so much I looked at logo’s proof, before they where printed on hard hat, they looked good, but when I received my order, logo’s were smaller than I expected. I was a little disappointed when my order finally arrived.

Finding and quickly receiving my first Timberland (Rigger) boot at 30% off, I was slightly disappointed when an unacceptable material joint flaw produced great instep pain. Free return and refund immediately. That's at least three positive transactions already and a one not so. Four months and many e-mail ads later Discount Safety Gear offers a 20% discount so I quickly purchased a long sought after, Timberland 6" Titan alloy toe boot and sure enough 3 days later I was wearing an old favorite in prime condition at less than the price 5 years ago! Keep up the good work!
