GBITN is THE coaching school for coaches! ITN doesn't just teach you the science behind being healthy and living a full life...they give you the what and the why and the how. More than that, they teach you as a coach to go beyond just the surface level health coaching ideas of losing weight and eating right. They actually talk about your entire body -- the physical, the mental, and the spiritual. So I know that instead of just solving the surface-level problems people have, I can dig deep and give them real hope that makes real changes happen. Beyond that, I love Cynthia and the whole ITN community that comes together to help you in EVERY part of coaching, from the very beginning when you're learning how to be a coach to how to actually go out and get clients when you're done with the course. And finally (as if all that wasn't enough!), I love how ITN is continually listening to their student and graduate community's insight on what they need -- and then giving those improvements based on the student/graduate needs!

GBThe 5 components ROCK The 5 components ROCK I love the different components to the course. It makes this very unique and different. Different is only good though if it is meaningful and this course offers tons of meaning anyone can share with friends, family, and clients about health. The majority of people are not thinking about their past attachments or mental struggles when it comes to optimal nutrition. When it is explained to them, they begin to see how psychology is intertwined. Super important! I think it would be helpful to have more health scenarios in the lessons where we are walking through someones current health and past. For example, if someone tells me they have high blood pressure, "what should I eat?" I know there are other factors to take into consideration but I wouldn't be able to start rattling off foods. I would just make general recommendations like shooting for whole foods, ask about how much movement they are getting, limit fruit and other blood spiking foods, and do this slowly as part of a transition to lower blood sugar.

SGPerfect place to start if you wish to improve your life and others around you. In the world of Health and Nutrition, there are alot of knowledge which anyone can tap on, on their own. In ITN, they truly come with a holistic approach for a person who are looking to benefit either themselves or anyone else they are looking to help, by exploring the true science behind nutrition, understanding the psychological health of the person and the spiritual portion to truly heal a person. On top of it, they provide Business knowledge to help you get started. You will not feel lost at any point in time. The worst case is just to feel overwhelmed due to the availability of knowledge in the curriculum. Such is what i termed as good problem, as you can easily breakdown those material into bite size, and gain from it at your own term.

JPGrateful for ITN I’m very satisfied with ITN. I already have a masters in clinical nutrition, but the Master health coach programme has provided so much insight and presented new research that I didn’t have before. Easily accessible with the payment plan, and absolutely worth it!
