GBI don't care for the taste of most fish… I don't care for the taste of most fish and I know my diet lacks omega 3, so I thought I'd give this a try. I wouldn't say it tastes delicious but it's "earthy" good. There is no fish taste at all but there is a weird hint of a pine flavor, I'm guessing it's the rosemary. All in all it's pretty good. I don't think I've had enough to notice any physical benefits but I'm hoping that will come.

GBThis is the worst tasting drink I have… This is the worst tasting drink I have ever tasted. I am totally disappointed I need my money back.

GBOlder athlete The biggest problem with getting older is the recovery. I am 63 and believe in the adage "If you don't cross the line how do you really know where it is?" With EO3 I recover a lot faster after crossing that line. Wish I would have discovered this earlier!

DEExpensive ultra-processed food Don't get fooled by the advertised health benefits, this is ultra-processed food and cannot be good for your health. It says no added sugars, but contains juice concentrate as a main ingredient, the sugar content is about 10g /100 ml, about the same as Coca Cola. Do they think that they can still fool people with the "no added sugar" claim, in 2023? This is just the worst type of misleading advertising. The sugars in juice concentrate are exactly the same as added sugars, and this is a well known fact. Other ingredients found here are things that you would never find in your kitchen: collagen hydrolysate, pectin, artificial raspberry flavour, L-carnitine, sunflower seed protein, tochopherols. We now have abundant research showing that ultra-processed food such as this is the main cause of obesity in modern societies, and isolating single molecules from food and adding them to create a supposedly healthy food substitute is not a proven way to make people healthy. Some of these ingredients may not even come from food, and rather be produced in the lab. This is not real food and I regret I ordered these smoothies without reading the full label first, they cost a lot of money and are likely to be unhealthy. There is no need of adding vitamins and nutrients to your diet through artificial products, when these abound in vegetables (and you get healthy fiber instead of sugars). The claim benefits of Omega 3 supplementation is also a controversial topic, and certainly not a settled issue to date.

GBWhy did EO3 captured a heart of a dietitian I am a registered dietitian and I absolutely LOVE EO3!! I am not really a juice person nor do I like sweet drinks, but EO3 captured my heart ! In just 8 ounces I get 20 grams of protein, my daily omega 3s ( no fishy oil taste), and I hydrate my body. It works great as a post workout fuel or just a quick fuel on the go. Packed with antioxidants, no added sugars just the one’s naturally found in fruits. I have a very busy schedule and I am often on the go. I love reaching into my fridge and grabbing EO3! It’s definitely a winner for me, my family and my clients. Keeping my heart happy with EO3.
