Natural taste This is easily the best tasting nutritional drink I have used. Tastes like a fruit smoothie but with the added bonus of protein and omega 3, but without the fishy aftertaste. Additionally, it's helped with my post exercise recovery. If though you like sugary, questionable tasting drinks then this is possibly not for you.

Dietitian Review of EO3 I am shocked with how yummy this drink is! I was hesitant to try it because the cod liver oil, but you can’t taste it at all!! The flavor is apple and berry forward, which I like. As a dietitian, I am looking forward to recommending this product to my clients, especially those who don’t eat a lot of fish for those omega-3 fatty acids. But also great for people who are on the go and don’t have a second to refuel.

EO3 Drink Product Review Since I am RD student, I have introduced this product to family and friends to see what they think of it. Many of them really enjoy the it especially when on the go or after a work out because of its high protein content. I am very impressed with this product and especially enjoy it chilled. Older athlete The biggest problem with getting older is the recovery. I am 63 and believe in the adage "If you don't cross the line how do you really know where it is?" With EO3 I recover a lot faster after crossing that line. Wish I would have discovered this earlier!
