Registered Dietitian’s take on EO3 As a registered dietitian, I really love EO3 because of the many nutrients provided but especially omega 3s! It’s a great option for those who can’t or choose not to consume fish as a way to get in omega 3s, which are beneficial to our heart health. I also love that I can get 20 grams of protein with all 9 essential amino acids in this one drink! It tastes sweet (but not too sweet) and doesn’t contain any added sugars. As a quick healthy meal or snack on the go, I think EO3 can be easily incorporated into many peoples’ lives!

Why did EO3 captured a heart of a dietitian I am a registered dietitian and I absolutely LOVE EO3!! I am not really a juice person nor do I like sweet drinks, but EO3 captured my heart ! In just 8 ounces I get 20 grams of protein, my daily omega 3s ( no fishy oil taste), and I hydrate my body. It works great as a post workout fuel or just a quick fuel on the go. Dietitian Review of EO3 I am shocked with how yummy this drink is! I was hesitant to try it because the cod liver oil, but you can’t taste it at all!! The flavor is apple and berry forward, which I like. As a dietitian, I am looking forward to recommending this product to my clients, especially those who don’t eat a lot of fish for those omega-3 fatty acids. But also great for people who are on the go and don’t have a second to refuel.
