GBI don't care for the taste of most fish… I don't care for the taste of most fish and I know my diet lacks omega 3, so I thought I'd give this a try. I wouldn't say it tastes delicious but it's "earthy" good. There is no fish taste at all but there is a weird hint of a pine flavor, I'm guessing it's the rosemary. All in all it's pretty good. I don't think I've had enough to notice any physical benefits but I'm hoping that will come.

GBOlder athlete The biggest problem with getting older is the recovery. I am 63 and believe in the adage "If you don't cross the line how do you really know where it is?" With EO3 I recover a lot faster after crossing that line. Wish I would have discovered this earlier!

GBWhy a Registered Dietitian Promotes EO3 As a registered dietitian, I love EO3 for multiple reasons. This multi-nutritional smoothie is packed with omega-3s, protein, and antioxidants - and it tastes great!! I love having a smoothie post-workout, knowing I am fueling my body with good nutrition to help replenish energy stores and promote muscle repair and synthesis. I highly recommend EO3! GBI tried this drink for my arthritis… I tried this drink for my arthritis which dramatically helps. My Omega-3 Index was low like most Americans, but after 2 weeks of daily EO3, my arthritis is now barely noticeable, so I have stayed on the EO3 product. At first, the taste was neither good nor bad, now after a few months, I look forward to the drink. I highly recommend this for arthritis.
