It’s a great option for those who can’t or choose not to consume fish as a way to get in omega 3s, which are beneficial to our heart health. I am so happy I came across E03 ad on… I am so happy I came across E03 ad on Instagram. I have Rheumatoid arthritis and Fibromalgia and just recently had Achille tendon surgery and started back drinking this for breakfast. I am hoping this helps with the inflammation and the recovery from my surgery. I reached out to customer service asking if their were any discounts and they gave me one.
