DEExpensive ultra-processed food Don't get fooled by the advertised health benefits, this is ultra-processed food and cannot be good for your health. It says no added sugars, but contains juice concentrate as a main ingredient, the sugar content is about 10g /100 ml, about the same as Coca Cola. Do they think that they can still fool people with the "no added sugar" claim, in 2023? This is just the worst type of misleading advertising. The sugars in juice concentrate are exactly the same as added sugars, and this is a well known fact. Other ingredients found here are things that you would never find in your kitchen: collagen hydrolysate, pectin, artificial raspberry flavour, L-carnitine, sunflower seed protein, tochopherols. We now have abundant research showing that ultra-processed food such as this is the main cause of obesity in modern societies, and isolating single molecules from food and adding them to create a supposedly healthy food substitute is not a proven way to make people healthy. Some of these ingredients may not even come from food, and rather be produced in the lab. This is not real food and I regret I ordered these smoothies without reading the full label first, they cost a lot of money and are likely to be unhealthy. There is no need of adding vitamins and nutrients to your diet through artificial products, when these abound in vegetables (and you get healthy fiber instead of sugars). The claim benefits of Omega 3 supplementation is also a controversial topic, and certainly not a settled issue to date.

GBRegistered Dietitian’s take on EO3 As a registered dietitian, I really love EO3 because of the many nutrients provided but especially omega 3s! It’s a great option for those who can’t or choose not to consume fish as a way to get in omega 3s, which are beneficial to our heart health. I also love that I can get 20 grams of protein with all 9 essential amino acids in this one drink! It tastes sweet (but not too sweet) and doesn’t contain any added sugars. As a quick healthy meal or snack on the go, I think EO3 can be easily incorporated into many peoples’ lives!

GBWhy a Registered Dietitian Promotes EO3 As a registered dietitian, I love EO3 for multiple reasons. This multi-nutritional smoothie is packed with omega-3s, protein, and antioxidants - and it tastes great!! I love having a smoothie post-workout, knowing I am fueling my body with good nutrition to help replenish energy stores and promote muscle repair and synthesis. I highly recommend EO3! GBOlder athlete The biggest problem with getting older is the recovery. I am 63 and believe in the adage "If you don't cross the line how do you really know where it is?" With EO3 I recover a lot faster after crossing that line. Wish I would have discovered this earlier!

GBRD is obsessed with EO3! EO3 is a fantastic product! I've not seen a product that provides an effective dose of omega-3 fats in a way that's actually delicious. I was skeptical before I tried it because other products that claim to provide omega-3's ended up tasting fishy, but this is something I truly enjoyed. As a Registered Dietitian, I have many clients who require supplemental omega-3's, and I feel so much better having a product that provides other nutrients as well. It's so versatile that I've been able to work it into clients' meal programs in several different ways. Highly recommend this product! The team has been great to work with.
