Am returning this mini travel version on March 4th via the USPS. Please send me the product I ordered in the next seven days, or, I will cancel payment with my credit card and order something else from a competitor. Pleasent experience. was a bit wary of this site at first, ordered an item worth over $250. order email came right away (3/17/24). shipping email came 2 days later. item arrived 1 day after (3/20/24). only 3 days from order to arrival! that's fantastic!! thanks a bunch for an easy and pleasent experience. will certainly buy from again.

Received Swiss cheese kayak Bought a kayak from them Didn't inspect soon enough Was riddled with holes upon arrival, covered in dried glue and had sand and grit inside it Clearly not usable - tried repairing holes but worse than swiss cheese and unsafe as vinyl was to terribly dried out and cracked and popped with minimal air pressure 14 day return policy and didn't realize until too late Tried emailing customer service multiple times and no response and no one answering phone # on their website so unable to get any response Horrible product Horrible service 100% recommend checking gear upon arrival and 100% recommend NOT using this vendor in the first place
