Did NOT deliver. Shop elsewhere. I ordered and paid for a dog bed they advertised for sale on 2/13/23. On 2/19/23 an email from them stated the item "has been out of stock" and that a refund was issued. Other reviewers have noted the same experience. I don't know if this company is using customer's funds for short term investments or is just bad at keeping track of inventory, but it definitely is stealing the most precious resource of all - time. Now my puppy has no bed and I am back to searching.

I did NOT order the Purina Pro Plan… I did NOT order the Purina Pro Plan Turkey & Vegetable Pate, I ordered the Entree, but that is NOT what I received. No APOLOGIES, NO EXPLANATION, you just sent me what you had….& once AGAIN, NOT WHAT I ORDERED. I was VERY DISAPPOINTED & would NEVER recommend your company to ANYONE! I’m sorry that you could not be FORTHCOMING & just BE HONEST, but you tried to pass off what you had in stock & NOT WHAT I ORDERED. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!!

Wrong product delivered Wrong product delivered. I ordered a Smile Direct Premium Edition XL Water Flosser #540616. Instead I received a mini travel version. Am returning this mini travel version on March 4th via the USPS. Please send me the product I ordered in the next seven days, or, I will cancel payment with my credit card and order something else from a competitor. Very happy with purchase. Was worried about website even bank made me approve transaction. But all went just as it should. Got a email with tracking number a few days after order and package arrived the next day. Very happy with transaction.

This is the second time I have ordered… canceled This is the second time I have ordered a Flask for my husband and you have canceled it!!! I was willing to wait for it. I'm not waiting a year but I should be the one who canceled it!!! I want the Flask! I will just have to take my business some where else!!
