No APOLOGIES, NO EXPLANATION, you just sent me what you had….& once AGAIN, NOT WHAT I ORDERED. I was VERY DISAPPOINTED & would NEVER recommend your company to ANYONE! I’m sorry that you could not be FORTHCOMING & just BE HONEST, but you tried to pass off what you had in stock & NOT WHAT I ORDERED. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!!

Wrong product delivered Wrong product delivered. I ordered a Smile Direct Premium Edition XL Water Flosser #540616. Instead I received a mini travel version. Am returning this mini travel version on March 4th via the USPS. Please send me the product I ordered in the next seven days, or, I will cancel payment with my credit card and order something else from a competitor. Great price and excellent service I ordered a chainsaw for a really nice price, the only reason it's not 5 stars is it took a while to get delivered to me, but the savings was better than I could find anywhere local or on the web!
