GBI did NOT order the Purina Pro Plan… I did NOT order the Purina Pro Plan Turkey & Vegetable Pate, I ordered the Entree, but that is NOT what I received. No APOLOGIES, NO EXPLANATION, you just sent me what you had….& once AGAIN, NOT WHAT I ORDERED. I was VERY DISAPPOINTED & would NEVER recommend your company to ANYONE! I’m sorry that you could not be FORTHCOMING & just BE HONEST, but you tried to pass off what you had in stock & NOT WHAT I ORDERED. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!!

GBI ordered an Ego rubber power broom I ordered an Ego rubber power broom from this company under the domain BigBigMart.com. It was the best price I could find, but I wasn't familiar with the company. After several internet searches, I determined they were a reputable company and placed the order. My credit card flagged the order as an international order and rejected the transaction. BigBigMart (Discounttoday) still fulfilled my order while trying to resolve the credit card transaction. Interestingly enough, the merchandise shipped out of Lowes warehouse. This gave me more confidence that they were working with a big reputable retailer. I received my order quickly in brand new condition. I used it that same day without any issues with the product. In all areas, I was pleased with results. I got the best price, with quick delivery, with a company that is good enough to partner with Lowes. Even though there were issues with my credit card company, it did not delay my order. I'm very satisfied.

GBPleasent experience. was a bit wary of this site at first, ordered an item worth over $250. order email came right away (3/17/24). shipping email came 2 days later. item arrived 1 day after (3/20/24). only 3 days from order to arrival! that's fantastic!! thanks a bunch for an easy and pleasent experience. will certainly buy from again.

GBUnprofessional I submitted payment for a purchase made through Discount Today. Five weeks later, I received phone calls, emails, and text messages stating that they sent the package but did not receive the payment. This post is not meant to dispute whether the payment was in fact processed or if the shipment was received, only that any issues with payment were not addressed until well over a month after the transaction occurred. It would have been much easier for me to verify receipt of the package and remedy any issues with payment had they reached out to me prior to five weeks afterwards. Furthermore, the issue with payment was not on my end as the payment sent was valid.
