I did NOT order the Purina Pro Plan… I did NOT order the Purina Pro Plan Turkey & Vegetable Pate, I ordered the Entree, but that is NOT what I received. No APOLOGIES, NO EXPLANATION, you just sent me what you had….& once AGAIN, NOT WHAT I ORDERED. I was VERY DISAPPOINTED & would NEVER recommend your company to ANYONE! I’m sorry that you could not be FORTHCOMING & just BE HONEST, but you tried to pass off what you had in stock & NOT WHAT I ORDERED. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!!

This is the second time I have ordered… canceled This is the second time I have ordered a Flask for my husband and you have canceled it!!! I was willing to wait for it. I'm not waiting a year but I should be the one who canceled it!!! I want the Flask! I will just have to take my business some where else!!

Stand behind there products I ordered a item. had free shipping and fast delivery, item didn't work right. contacted costumer service, Resolved problem by sending Me a new item. I would recommend and will shop this company again. Thanks Discounttody

Received Swiss cheese kayak Bought a kayak from them Didn't inspect soon enough Was riddled with holes upon arrival, covered in dried glue and had sand and grit inside it Clearly not usable - tried repairing holes but worse than swiss cheese and unsafe as vinyl was to terribly dried out and cracked and popped with minimal air pressure 14 day return policy and didn't realize until too late Tried emailing customer service multiple times and no response and no one answering phone # on their website so unable to get any response Horrible product Horrible service 100% recommend checking gear upon arrival and 100% recommend NOT using this vendor in the first place
