I ordered an Ego rubber power broom I ordered an Ego rubber power broom from this company under the domain BigBigMart.com. It was the best price I could find, but I wasn't familiar with the company. After several internet searches, I determined they were a reputable company and placed the order. My credit card flagged the order as an international order and rejected the transaction. BigBigMart (Discounttoday) still fulfilled my order while trying to resolve the credit card transaction. Interestingly enough, the merchandise shipped out of Lowes warehouse. This gave me more confidence that they were working with a big reputable retailer. I received my order quickly in brand new condition. I used it that same day without any issues with the product. In all areas, I was pleased with results. I got the best price, with quick delivery, with a company that is good enough to partner with Lowes. Even though there were issues with my credit card company, it did not delay my order. I'm very satisfied.

Wrong product delivered Wrong product delivered. I ordered a Smile Direct Premium Edition XL Water Flosser #540616. Instead I received a mini travel version. Am returning this mini travel version on March 4th via the USPS. Please send me the product I ordered in the next seven days, or, I will cancel payment with my credit card and order something else from a competitor. I was worried this site was a scam I was worried this site was a scam. It’s not. I ordered a leaf blower and it arrived a few days later. Seems like most of the people who’ve had an issue order something that was out of stock. It appears that they all got their money refunded promptly though. Although I appreciate others have had problems, my experience was definitely good, and I would recommend them.

Very happy with purchase. Was worried about website even bank made me approve transaction. But all went just as it should. Got a email with tracking number a few days after order and package arrived the next day. Very happy with transaction.
