Yoga blanket Ordered a Yoga blanket. It was delivered fast but it smells terrible. I have washed it and had it airing out for 4 days and it still stinks like it spent 6 months in a moldy shipping container.

I ordered 5 Mexican yoga blankets from… I ordered 5 Mexican yoga blankets from Yoga Warehouse earlier this week. Their ad on Google states no sales tax. At checkout, they charged sales tax which is false advertising. I contacted them directly to alert them to the problem. I sent them a screen print of the advertisement. The first employee that e-mailed me back stated that wasn't showing up on their Google ad; he didn't even bother to look at my screen print. I requested that they remove the sales tax as advertised online and seek a refund from Google for advertising their product incorrectly. I know Google offers refunds for advertising errors because I have discussed this with Google in the past when they have advertised an item incorrectly. I advised them if they didn't honor the advertising that I would need to involve the BBB. Shortly thereafter, I received an alert from American Express stating I had a refund coming through. It was for the amount of my order. I opened my e-mail to find another e-mail from an employee named Melanie that stated the Google ad was old (it wasn't if they refer to the date on my screen print) and they were not going to honor it. She stated if I wanted to cancel the order to contact them. I never had the chance to contact them. Instead, they proactively canceled my order. What a terrible way to do business. They should have honored the advertising. Won't ever order items from them again.
