the hub is really easy to use and… the hub is really easy to use and usually has what i need to order. The stock is always full and its very rare something is not available. Deliveries are always very prompt and usually delivered next day and boxed very professionally. Great company to use.

THREE attempts to contact, NO reply!! THREE attempts to contact company using their 'contact us' page on website, over 8 days. Guess what, NOTHING.. So much for their vaunted 'customer service'!! Wanted information on product, nearest store a way away, just to travel to find not got it, or too expensive. Also, appears that they are trade only, but wanted clarification. Got NOTHING. Obviously not interested, so have now sourced from a RELIABLE company, who actually REPLY to requests for information...... STAY AWAY FROM STRUKTA!!

If there was a 0 star option I’d give that If there was a 0 star option, I’d give that instead! Really poor service from Strukta on numerous occasions. Make promises they can’t keep, and when there’s a problem, they’re not interested. It took 4 attempts to supply me with a product that was in a satisfactory condition, nearly 6 months after ordering, without any show of good will. If you’re relying on a product turning up on time, and in new condition, I’d definitely go somewhere else!
