Left me wondering whether this was an "open box" item rather than NIB. Contacted customer service and provided requested photos but never got a final response. Tool Authority needs to make it clearer … Tool Authority needs to make it clearer on their checkout page that if you are used to entering a PO #, you cannot do so. Unless you have an account set up and approval to go on the order of a PO, the order goes into LALA Land. I learned this the first time I ordered something - I cancelled the order after 2 weeks as I'd not heard anything from the company. After I cancelled, I was told the order hadn't gone thru because they didn't have payment info (tho I entered my CC number when I ordered) - but because I also entered a PO #. Kind of a ridiculous way of doing business - maybe contact me and tell me that?
