GBI ordered their 180 tooth ratchet I ordered their 180 tooth ratchet. Brand new out of the box the retaining clip was bent putting excess pressure between the ratchet head and the ratchet. This caused an enormous amount of back drag that defeats the ratcheting purpose. They have done everything they can to dodge their lifetime warranty, their warranty is worthless. I will never buy another one of their products again.
