GBI love working out with my Katalyst I love working out with my Katalyst. The results are awesome. I challenge myself every week and love the feeling of setting a new record in one of the categories- strength, power , cardio. And the stretching and recovery programs are a great way to wrap up the workouts. I recommend this to anyone who loves seeing results without injuring your body. I have back issues- like most people- and I trust this system to keep me from hurting myself. Lastly, they keep coming out with new workout programs. There’s a lot to choose from.

GBGreat EMS training system We had been training with an EMS company but loved the idea of having our own suits! The programs and customer support have been great. You can modify your stim levels and work with or without resistance. I love that the suit activates muscles that would be hard to stimulate with traditional exercise. Great system, great workouts!

GBPros and Cons Pros: The suit itself is great and well built. The 20-30 minute workouts are solid. Cons: having to "get it wet" before every session - takes a about 10 minutes and you start out your workout damp/wet and a little cold. Not a great start. secondly, the intensity goes from a moderate contraction to full blown "cramp". And I am an 18 time marathoner, 15 of those sub 3 hours and can deadlift 415 for reps and squat 315 for the same. I have buyers remorse because it's so damn expensive and a pain to setup when driving to the gym is actually easier and a better workout.
