Record what your opening from this store for your own sake I bought a welding machine cables a cover and supposed to get two(2) whips made a ground and an electrode. My machine I purchased was a Lincoln 330. I was sent everything except my electrode whip now it’s a case of the runaround saying it was delivered. I should have just went to a local shop and taken care of buisness not dealt with this. I recommend videoing your unboxing of packages sent from this store as proof that their secondhand shipping from other stores isn’t worth a damn. Communication was good but customer service has lacked

My part un-needed My part un-needed, the return was confusing because the invoice said Lincoln with no indication of an invoice number from Weldingmart. I had to call Lincoln, where it was dropped shipped from, who sent me on to Weldingmart, who called Lincoln for the RMA return # and then I sent the part back to Lincoln by USPS. Purchased on Ebay but dropped shipped from the same place I received a part directly from Lincoln the day before, which oddly enough included a return receipt label with an RMA #, prepaid using UPS. Price and no cost shipping was a bonus from Weldingmart but the return was worrysome. I will probably use them again but keep better track of the purchase and invoice numbers from them. Good sellers.

They expedited shipping to Help Puerto Rico! They expedited shipping of our order so we could have it in time to transport it to Puerto Rico. The part was to replace a damaged control board that was need for a welder to support repair of homes damaged by Maria.
