If there was a ZERO rating option If there was a ZERO rating option, you would have gotten one. Of the 2 tubes I bought, neither worked. One side of the epoxy would not come out. Both had one tube which would not come out. I tried cutting the tip further back, but no luck. Fortunately, I had a fresh tube that I had purchased from Sutherlands that did work, and hopefully one tube is going to be enough. When your two tubes first arrived, I thought they looked funny. I was right. They did not work. I will not recommend you or your products to anyone. If you want to do right by me, you could refund my purchase price plus shipping, order #130, $18.60. Great speedy delivery Great speedy delivery. Only downside is that one of the 2oz bottles of hot stuff glue was hardened at tip . had to cut tip way down to get glue to flow and had to remove cap to clear out some hardened glue, the rest of tube seems to be gelled up. Other items in perfect shape.
