It was a total waste of money It was a total waste of money, as a service manual it has a total lack of information , I’ve got lots of service and parts manuals in hard copies and on PDF which all have full break downs of the machines , I got a better break down of this Linde from the parts supplier at no cost

A Christmas Miracle ! So at 11pm Christmas eve I decide to purchase a digital manual that I had been looking for desperitely for my newly acquired Clark Michigan 55B Loader. The purchase through Pay Pal was quick and easy ,I clicked on the download button and in seconds was scrolling through my new digital factory parts manual!!! The next morning 6am(Christmas morning before the kids found me) I excitedly opened my computer to continue reading my manual and it was gone! the page said "access denied " time ran out ! my farm boy intelligence was frantic . After several attempts to try to figure it out, I decided at the very least I should send an email to the address provided. I was shocked to receive an immediate response from a REAL person with a link and AGAIN in seconds I was downloading my new Parts Manual!! this time for good!! and once again, Christmas morning at 7am!!! I am nothing else but impressed!! and now I want to see what other digital manuals they may offer for some of my other dinosaurs in my fleet of farm and excavating machines. Additionally, I can't wait to share with a fellow farmer who cynically told me "You'll never find the right manual for that old dinosaur" Ha !!! New Holland W130B Tier 3 Wheel Loader Workshop Repair Service Manual PDF Download ordered and received the link however it was just an endless loop refreshing the receipt link....called the number and got nothing its also an endless loop for a call center..... After posting a review, I received an email with a link for the actual download. It was not our internet as they asked in the email. However once I received the link I was able to download the manual. I will be sending it for a print copy to a local shop. If there is no issue with printing the document. I will consider updating the review. Thanks

My John Deere compact loader broke down… My John Deere compact loader broke down on the job site. I ordered a diagnostic manual because it said instant download. I clink on there email download link and it just takes me back to my purchase page click on the download there nothing happens. Have replied to there email if something goes wrong and contact link. There phone number given for support doesn't have anyway answering just wants you to set up a mailbox. I wish I would of went to Trade-bit or somewhere else. Now I got 4 or 5 companies I'm holding up from working. It's definitely isn't instant download so beware and they don't answer there customer support. Support contacted me and if I wanted my money back or still download the manual. I downloaded the manual with no problems thank you for your time to fix this matter
