We ordered a Varon VP2 machine 10 days… We ordered a Varon VP2 machine. 10 days later, we received an NT2 machine, which is an older model. We tried calling. Mailbox full. We tried texting. No response. We tried email. No response. I am going to contact my credit card company. A 2023 press release states that the VP2 is a new model.

Illogical questions, nonsense videos, the damn thing won't start. Finally went to Pay-Pal, they said no problem just send it back to China ($410.00) and they would refund my $285.00.
