Remote control unit isn't operating but have not yet contacted company. Pleased with concentrator plan on using on vacation travel, it's about 1/3 the size and the weight of my medical supplied unit.

So far So far, so good! I've only had the unit for 4 days, but it seems to be working well. A friend of mine wants to order the same NT-03 model, and I might gift one to him for being such a helpful friend. I'll need more information from him to confirm if this is the model he wants.

Illogical questions, nonsense videos, the damn thing won't start. Finally went to Pay-Pal, they said no problem just send it back to China ($410.00) and they would refund my $285.00. I'll talley this one up to experience. What a bunch of confused turkeys. Yes I'll include Pay-Pal. They offered absolutely no protection. Do yourself a favor an deal with Amazon.
