We ordered a Varon VP2 machine 10 days… We ordered a Varon VP2 machine. 10 days later, we received an NT2 machine, which is an older model. We tried calling. Mailbox full. We tried texting. No response. We tried email. No response. I am going to contact my credit card company. A 2023 press release states that the VP2 is a new model.

It's easy to use, and I can go out easily. I purchased my own unit about 2 months ago, and I absolutely love it. I also got an extra battery for peace of mind. It's so convenient to switch to the spare battery when the first one runs out, and it only takes seconds.
