Unorganized and lack of customer service Horrible experience order Occidental betless retro suspension system...instantly took my money then tell me 3 days later it's on back order after it said on page it was in stock here I am almost a month after still don't not have them was told there sent out...if I woulda know they wernt in stock I would have taken my business elsewhere witch now I'm going to do anyways because one bad experience is a sign of pour customer service and lack of updates on the items your selling is a sign of lazy Ness and undependently thanks have a good day

Bought tons of stuff from these guys , I love them I bought 2 full kitchens worth of cabinet knobs and hinges as well as new drawer slides . I am not joking, the stuff showed up in 4 days and I save I've 200 bucks on a normal order from all the other sites I visited What really turned my crank was my conversation on the questions I had with their sales staff.
