They have an excellent website that walks you through all steps of the purchasing and delivery process. We received excellent customer service once we submitted for an online quote. All has gone well through the purchase. We are hoping the delivery process and the quality of the container are both excellent as well.

DENever trust this company tho as they… Never trust this company tho as they pretend to be legitimate but they not. I had business with them but they failed to supply my container after making payment, text them but I got no respond, I was so upset, thanks to my husband I was able to contact Mr Thomas which I had to purchase good container from him. Please if you looking to get good container and want it to be deliver to you, text or call Thomas via +1(209)733-0021. This man is just the best.

GBOrder Number 2272 Order Number: #2272,Ordered on: Aug 2, 2021, SCAM, SCAM, SCAM..... Bought initially a 40ft high capacity container, took my money then 1 week later they tell me it's not available. I ask for money back when they want an additional $1,200. Their sales, Arielle, said it would take 10 days for refund, which goes by and no refund. Call Arielle up and she says she has found a container ready, so desperate for a container I pay the $1,200. No communications, except for a few emails about waiting for a sales release. No one picks up phone nor emails it's it's been 15 days. SCAM, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THEM. Will be reporting to BBB and talk to the local police in Tennessee plus I will report Arielle on her LinkedIn account. Have canceled my order awaiting refund. It's been 4 weeks and no refund, cannot get in contact with this single person scam outfit. Seems the only way left is to file a police report and try to go thru small claims court.

GBDelivery issue When they delivered our container they only sent 1 delivery driver so he didn’t have anyone to help guide him into our driveway. I attempted to help him the best I could, however, this being said the driver still managed to back the container into 2 of our trees damaging them extensively so now we have to hire someone to come cut them down because they are extremely close to our power lines. When he wasn’t able to back in properly from the first angle, he then attempted to back in from the other direction and uprooted yet another tree while hitting a 4th one. All in all I lost a total of 3 trees and I am very unhappy about it.

GBI ordered a container in June 2021 I ordered a container in June 2021. They never sent my container. The last contact from Arielle Gillies was September 2021 letting me know she was still working on delivering my container. It never happened. Now the contact information for the company is no longer available? Do not place a order with them if you are thinking of purchasing a container.
