GBRust Bucket Service was great. Shipping container was not. I was not expecting prefect container. You need to inspect top on container before they unload it. They was 14 patches on roof repaired in the past. After remove loose scale with wire brush I uncovered 25 holes from 1/8" to stick your finger in. They refunded some money with out problem. I am a welder so fixing this was no problem but I settled for not near enough money but that was my fault. I will never buy one sight unseen

GBKevin did an awesome job Kevin did an awesome job. I knew nothing about these containers. The website explained a lot, but not all. Kevin did the rest. He was patient as I had many questions. I will definitely pass the word, you guys are honest and totally up front! Great job Kevin!!

GBI ordered a container in June 2021 I ordered a container in June 2021. They never sent my container. The last contact from Arielle Gillies was September 2021 letting me know she was still working on delivering my container. It never happened. Now the contact information for the company is no longer available? Do not place a order with them if you are thinking of purchasing a container.

GBOrdered 2 45’ containers and paid in… I ordered 2 45’ containers and paid in full. They seemed nice and were courteous and helpful. 1 week later they said they couldn’t get them from “that depot” but that they found them “elsewhere” for additional money($1000) or they could cancel order. I decided to cancel and purchased two containers elsewhere. 2 weeks later I still have not received my $6k refund. They are brokers only and they do not own the containers but are basically a liaison between you and the large companies that actually own the containers. My main issue is the fact they’re holding on to my money weeks after cancellation due to unavailability of the product. Update: Company rep reached out to me after filing review and stated they would refund asap due to the fact I wasn’t returning a product but that it was canacelled before they even arranged to have it picked up(No Stock) Refund finally received. Again, company reps were pleasant.
