GBGreat condition and excellent customer service The unit arrived in excellent condition. Well worth the premium for a one trip container. This particular unit had not one single ding or dent that I could find, paint in great condition, interior nicely finished with no scuffs or gouges. As an aside, Arielle was able to expedite delivery to a much sooner date than expected and Jose placed the unit exactly where we wanted it. Really well done guys!

YOU SAY THAT YOU DON'T OVERSEE REFUNDS, BUT YOU ARE THE ONE THAT TOOK OUR CANCELLATION AFTER YOUR FAILURE TO DELIVER AND SAID YOU WOULD REFUND IN FULL. AND YOU DID IT IN WRITING, BY E-MAIL. E-MAIL OR CALL US AND LET US KNOW WHEN IT WILL BE SHIPPED.

GBAVOID!!! 8+Months No Container AVOID!!!! I ordered and PAID IN FULL for a container in Oct 2020 – I received an email from THEIR representative it would be 2 weeks for delivery. After 8 months of the hassle calling them and me plowing the snow being prepared for delivery – they told me they wouldn’t deliver the container unless the price came down lower than what I paid. I finally requested a refund.

GBOrder Number 2272 Order Number: #2272,Ordered on: Aug 2, 2021, SCAM, SCAM, SCAM..... Bought initially a 40ft high capacity container, took my money then 1 week later they tell me it's not available. I ask for money back when they want an additional $1,200. Their sales, Arielle, said it would take 10 days for refund, which goes by and no refund. Call Arielle up and she says she has found a container ready, so desperate for a container I pay the $1,200. No communications, except for a few emails about waiting for a sales release. No one picks up phone nor emails it's it's been 15 days. SCAM, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THEM. Will be reporting to BBB and talk to the local police in Tennessee plus I will report Arielle on her LinkedIn account. Have canceled my order awaiting refund. It's been 4 weeks and no refund, cannot get in contact with this single person scam outfit. Seems the only way left is to file a police report and try to go thru small claims court.

GBStay away from this company! Stay away from this company! They will scam you. They will charge you then "forget to place your order". I called countless times and finally was delivered an absolute garbage container with holes and damaged seals and this was supposed to be a Cargo worthy container which i paid a premium for. I refused acceptance of the container and they are now telling me it will be up to 75 days for reimbursement FRAUD
