Terrible delivery, terrible customer service -- $2,500 doesn't get you white glove delivery We had to spend $200 on tarps and bungies to cover the 385 pound vanity we ordered -- and then pay two guys a bunch of cash -- to move the vanity in to our house. I have furnished two of my own homes with Crate and Barrel, Pottery Barn and Williams Sonoma, and this is the first company where $2500 spent doesn't get you in-home delivery! Unreliable delivery timelines and bad customer service Quality of the product is good, but we have been waiting for three weeks for a piece we purchased, being constantly told that it would be shipped in 3 days. Signature Hardware is not taking responsibility, blaming offshore suppliers. Impossible to talk to a manager. We spent ~2000 USD with this supplier, but instead of offering rush shipment for the piece, which is still missing, they asked for us, the customer, to pay for rush shipment and processed a 9 USD refund as an apology for the delay.
