Lost during delivery Lost during delivery, Still not received product over two weeks late. very poor communications.

I ordered some wood stain I ordered some wood stain online on two occasions and the delivery was next working day which was excellent. The product too is very good for what I want and was easy to apply. Very satisfied with the quality and the service.

contents of order was incorrect… contents of order was incorrect (although invoice that came with it was correct. Phoned and had no problems over the phone with the change, however I did expect an email to say that they had organised and uplift and with which courier etc. A guy in a van just turned up one day out the blue to deliver and uplift without any warning, luckily I was just up the street. Some information or warning would be appreciated if it happens again

Been using it for 15 years, the best there is. Been using it for 15 years, the BEST product on the market. Expensive but will last 5 years no problem . HOWEVER, I can no longer find it in Northern Ireland and the sellers on E bay say they do not deliver to NO despite NI still being part of the UK. Very frustrating indeed and i REFUSE to use anything else. Where on earth can i buy 10ltrs of this in red ceder??? HELP!
