AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Half finished job and ignoring us! Hired a Sovereign approved contractor to project manage our renovation. He was absolutely appalling and basically stole at least £50k of our money, so we removed him from the job. He left the basement tanking half complete (but still managed to invoice us for the full amount) so we contacted Sovereign in the hope that they could help us finish it off, only to find out that the local area manager was actually a friend of the contractor we had removed and would not be assisting us further. Unbelievable he even put this in a text message to us! We cannot get hold of anyone in Customer Care and the local area manager is blanking our calls so we have no idea how to finish this job off! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Been using it for 15 years, the best there is. Been using it for 15 years, the BEST product on the market. Expensive but will last 5 years no problem . HOWEVER, I can no longer find it in Northern Ireland and the sellers on E bay say they do not deliver to NO despite NI still being part of the UK. Very frustrating indeed and i REFUSE to use anything else. Where on earth can i buy 10ltrs of this in red ceder??? HELP!

sx70 wood preservative Good delivery time but both tins slightly damaged so packing not good . Hoping the contents will be ok so have hot contacted for replacements.
