Thinking this was a mistake... Haven't heard from them in a month; lowering to 1 star until I get the product.

Do NOT Buy. It's a total scam. Most of these positive reviews come in the same few days. Someone was simply cranking them out using different names. UPDATE: they have seen my review and tried to tell my friend (who was trying to order) that they have been in contact with me and reshipped my unit and I was in the process of changing my review (which is completely false). Thus, they have seen my review and purposely done nothing about it. It is a total scam. Do NOT order from this website or any others that they own. I ordered an S19 Pro (from MiningRealm.com which they also own) as well as the E9, and the customer support couldn't have seemed much better. However, they claimed they were shipping the S19 Pro to me and even sent me a tracking number for it. When I searched the tracking number, it said it was being sent to Dallas, TX (I am in Ohio), so I emailed the CEO who I had been talking back and forth with for a week or so and he told me that it must be a system error and the address was correct. Then, when it was actually delivered to Dallas on 10/25 (when it was supposed to be delivered to me), I emailed again and have yet to hear anything. I've reached out to the chat bot, emailed him constantly, and still haven't heard a thing in over a WEEK (after emailing back and forth with only a few hours maximum in between). I was ALSO told that the E9 I reserved would be sent to me on 10/25 and haven't heard any follow-up on that either despite my pestering. I don't want anyone else to make the same mistake. DO NOT buy. P.S. they also own antminer-l7.com, so DO NOT buy from there either.
