I was so excited that they carried the product I was looking for and actually had it in stock as well. I did not get my product in time I did not get my product in time. I was in Texas during the aftermath of Hurricane Harvey when I made my purchase. The mail delivery services were awful. This should bear no reflection on Tool Experts. Once I found that my package was being held at UPS, I called Tool Experts and let them know. They refunded my money faster than any company I have ever done business with. Thanks Tool Expert!!!
