I had looked everywhere, including the actual manufacturers page for the specific item I was looking for and it was out of stock almost EVERYWHERE... except here with Tool Experts! I was so excited that they carried the product I was looking for and actually had it in stock as well. They had rush shipping available, which was a must because my husband was in need of the item ASAP. The ordering process was simple and hassle free. Shipping was superb and fast! Don’t pay for fast shipping Ordered new boots for a job because mine are to worn out for a 12/12 roof. Ordered them on time and where shipped on time but they decided to ship it with standard shipping when I payed for 3 day shipping. They won’t arrive on time and had to buy new ones so I’ll have to return them. Not sure if they are using the whole shipping might be delayed sign on there website as scam to charge the client more for the fast shipping and they just ship it regular. So point of story, pick regular shipping that way you don’t Pay extra.

Website lacks details of shipment when… Website lacks details of shipment when selecting next day delivery, you have to separately go into another window to see that no weekend deliveries. There is no link etc when actually placing the order. When I called to check why the delay the first response from customer service was I can cancel your order and that I should have looked for the shipping information, I later found out it was a “salesmen” I spoke to. When I asked why the shipment information isn’t given during the order, I was told to go to a totally different area on the website to find shipping information and again was offered to cancel my order, no apology which is all I wanted, and to advise them to address it so it doesn’t happen in the future, all other websites show any issues with shipment during your order.
