GBI did not get my product in time I did not get my product in time. I was in Texas during the aftermath of Hurricane Harvey when I made my purchase. The mail delivery services were awful. This should bear no reflection on Tool Experts. Once I found that my package was being held at UPS, I called Tool Experts and let them know. They refunded my money faster than any company I have ever done business with. Thanks Tool Expert!!!

GBGood service,Expensive shipping Good service but the delivery is toooo expensive. You should give better prices on delivery because sometimes we need tools ASAP and we try to found in some other place.

GBDon’t pay for fast shipping Ordered new boots for a job because mine are to worn out for a 12/12 roof. Ordered them on time and where shipped on time but they decided to ship it with standard shipping when I payed for 3 day shipping. They won’t arrive on time and had to buy new ones so I’ll have to return them. Not sure if they are using the whole shipping might be delayed sign on there website as scam to charge the client more for the fast shipping and they just ship it regular. So point of story, pick regular shipping that way you don’t Pay extra.
