Website lacks details of shipment when… Website lacks details of shipment when selecting next day delivery, you have to separately go into another window to see that no weekend deliveries. There is no link etc when actually placing the order. When I called to check why the delay the first response from customer service was I can cancel your order and that I should have looked for the shipping information, I later found out it was a “salesmen” I spoke to. When I asked why the shipment information isn’t given during the order, I was told to go to a totally different area on the website to find shipping information and again was offered to cancel my order, no apology which is all I wanted, and to advise them to address it so it doesn’t happen in the future, all other websites show any issues with shipment during your order.

They called me back when I was deployed … They called me back when I was deployed to Florida and got my shoes to the hotel within a day at a very fair reasonable price with free shipping! The gentleman that helped me was a consummate professional, wouldn't hesitate one moment to call them again. Thank You!

Better than nothing Tanks last a little longer before they freeze. Not perfect but it helps some what.
