Financial aid My financial aid office experience has been horrible. No one seems to have a consistent answer as to what really happens as far as process goes. My emailed manager and still have not heard back regarding Financial aid question regarding my award and still have not heard back back. My experience has not been great and I am a returning student.

Greedy Institution I have had the worst experience with financial aid about releasing funds that ultimately I have to pay off. The information given to me seemed to contradict information from each of the people I talked to and was not relevant to my specific situation. Not only that but they had me retake classes because it was part of a different state. The classes I retook were the same and even the assignments were the same. Overall the school has taken more than enough money from me and I haven’t gotten a true education from them.

My Experience The teachers, academic and admissions counselors are amazing. They care about you and want to make your time at UoPX successful and smooth. I love changing courses every 6 weeks. I highly recommend. MSN in Nursing Education.

Top Notch University The admission process was simple and seamless. My advisor was very knowledgeable and guided me through sending in my application and transcripts. Since starting classes online, I have had great experiences with the instructors, and the class format fits my lifestyle. The content is challenging but helps me learn the material that I will need to obtain my national certification. I had a week-long on-campus residency that was intense but very informative and beneficial. The campus is very modern and equipped for today's students. I cannot speak more highly of the University of Phoenix. I have been very impressed with every department that I have had contact with, from Admissions and Financial Aid to the Help Desk and Security. Everyone has been professional, helpful, and respectful.
