I was scammed out of a lifetime… I was scammed out of a lifetime membership as well. I went to go study for an upcoming exam and i was asked for a payment again. No way will i ever give this company a penny or a second of my time again... I'm actually looking at legal action against this company, being they have scammed to many people. Super unprofessional business practice... They must be greedy for cash.

Fantastic Customer Service After a tricky start where I was not happy with the inclusion of my password in plain text in the welcome email, I emailed their support, and I have to say they were fantastic. They got back to me in very quick time and reassured me that all passwords were encrypted with industry standard hashing algorithms and they removed the plaintext password from the welcome email. I will be using their service.

Excellent help. Choose your plan carefully If you carefully choose what you want, the number of exams for the length of time you need, then this is a good site. The exams help you pass, but you still need to study. Lifetime membership isn't for life, they are now showing that on the website, so as long as you know it's for 3 years then all is good. Support was excellent when I had some issues with downloading my 4 exam pack I've used this site since 2015 and will continue to do so.
