Definitely no option other than to 'complete' course - for 15 mins, this must be a SCAM. Have used brainlearns before without problems, unlikely to use again if this cannot be resolved.

this company is fake this company is fake, i bought a course and when i logged in i found that there are no materials at all were found in my account, and it shows that i have finished level one while i did not even read any line or information. they are not answering the online help also

They sell you %80 of the content and don't follow through. They sell you %80 of the content and leave out the most important ones. And then, they stall you for days and do not help you with the missing pieces. In the end you are forced to buy the original content if you are serious about finishing the course.
