Do not purchase ultimate playbook from this site I've purchased the ultimate playbook which is supposed to be up to date early each month by the author on the financial market, but they sent me very old version which is of no use to current financial climate. Asked for refund, but the don't want to. They asked me to wait for them to buy new version in. After purchasing, they asked me to pay extra usd100... This is like robbing you once, then, rob again 2nd time. A final agreement has been made that I will still be given the subscription from May 2021 to Feb 2022 without the need to pay extra.

this company is fake this company is fake, i bought a course and when i logged in i found that there are no materials at all were found in my account, and it shows that i have finished level one while i did not even read any line or information. they are not answering the online help also

Highly recommend if your resources are limited ***UPDATED*** the company responded within a couple of hours on a Sunday evening and sent me a fixed link with the complete course. I am extremely pleased with the customer service and the accesibility. They were helpful and expedient. I wasn't expecting to hear from them until Monday or Tuesday, but I am very pleased. I was extremely excited to find this course at this price point, which made it more accessible for me. But the link is broken. I am waiting to hear back from the company.

Customer Service Is Excellent I had troubling accessing the course at first but the assistant at BrainLearn was very helpful in pointing me in the right direction. I was then able to download the course without any problems. They are a very helpful team at Brain Learns.

Resells courses ILLEGALLY After starting legal action to remove our courses from this site last year, we now see they have been made available again. This person (not a company) downloads author courses and illegally resells them without permission. Even when the original author clearly states that reselling is against copyright and prohibited. This person is not our ‘affiliate’ like he has claimed. This is criminal activity and my company will be taking legal action immediately.
