USDo It Scared! I started this journey with Joshua and Matt about 3 months ago. I have been on a “diet” for what seems like my entire life but the weight loss has never never been sustained. When I started this journey and was told I had to count macros I thought I’m never going to be able to do this, I’ve NEVER done that in my life and I was so scared but Matt encouraged me that I could do it and I DID! A favorite quote of mine is “Do It Scared!” Because I’ve now done things I’ve never believed I could! I feel like I can easily continue this lifestyle while still allowing myself to have indulgent days, but not making it the norm! I eat a lot of the same foods I always ate and things I never “allowed” myself to eat because I thought they were bad for me; however, I have found a way to fit the things I love into my life and am still making strides towards my goals!! This program helps you fit it into your lifestyle or the lifestyle you want instead of making your life all about the program, which is a big deal when you’ve struggled your whole life with weight loss! This goes to say…..we can ALL do hard things! And when you want to give up, or you’re having a bad day….reach out to this group for support because we are all on this journey together and sometimes it makes it a littler easier knowing someone else has been through the struggle you’re facing and just hearing some words of encouragement or making a new game plan with someone is all you need to push past those days when you’re not losing or you don’t know what to eat or you feel like you want to quit!
