CSM Training The course content of the training was excellent and structured in a way to make it very interactive in the form of exercises, user interactions etc. The David's explanation of the Scrum concepts, his energy level and his approach to provide the real-life examples to the concepts and situations took this training to another level. It has been a couple of years since I have had exposure to lean and agile classes so this class provided great insight and refreshers on topics not touched on in a while. The hands on exercises allowed us to interact and share thoughts while working as a team.
