Grow Lean will help you think for yourself! Grow Lean clarified a lot of the confusion around agile scaling and how to go about doing it properly as your agile practices advance. They didn't try to sell any particular solution or framework but gave us the tools to think for ourselves--which is a refreshing take compared to a lot of other scaling classes.

Glad to learn agile/scrum under Don Patti Don Patti teaching style is awesome. I didn't had to dose off in my chair for 1 bit and Don kept it so interesting and made us all smile with his itty bitty jokes that made me interactive during the whole 3 days. The best thing, even we are out of time, Don gave us time to answer questions and in detail informing us the agile way and difference between do agile and being agile. Enjoyed every minute during training, exercises in training and quiz afterwards as well. Thanks Don.

CSM Training The course content of the training was excellent and structured in a way to make it very interactive in the form of exercises, user interactions etc. The David's explanation of the Scrum concepts, his energy level and his approach to provide the real-life examples to the concepts and situations took this training to another level. David explained everything with patience without taking any short cuts. I would highly recommend Grow-Lean for CSM training.

High quality - Great for a newbie I enjoyed all the multiple ways we were able to engage with the content with the miro board, kahoots, and asking engaging questions during lecture points. This course not just about passing an exam, but about fully understanding and putting into practice the scrum master ways. Excellent content. I also enjoy that the instructor used agile and scrum concepts in his own teaching style. Also, as someone who had little to no background knowledge on project management or agile concepts, this course was un-intimidating Five stars all around!

From zero to a high pass in one class Five weeks ago I hasn’t even heard about the concept of Agile Development. Last night I passed the CSM exam and was able to score 96%. This success is almost entirely down to the fantastic structure and clarity of the training course offered by Grow Lean, and the bright, supportive, positive and inspiring tutition of highly experienced trainer Don Patti. With the educational materials all being well refined and honed to give you clear and detailed information. It’s also worth pointing out just how much FUN the class is to take. Grow Lean also provide a lot of support with using Miro, and with practice exams. It cannot be overstated just how useful those practice tests are.
