It has been a couple of years since I have had exposure to lean and agile classes so this class provided great insight and refreshers on topics not touched on in a while. The hands on exercises allowed us to interact and share thoughts while working as a team.

Grow Lean will help you think for yourself! Grow Lean clarified a lot of the confusion around agile scaling and how to go about doing it properly as your agile practices advance. They didn't try to sell any particular solution or framework but gave us the tools to think for ourselves--which is a refreshing take compared to a lot of other scaling classes.

The interaction is fantastic The interaction is fantastic. What I liked most was that you don't feel judged while doing the group exercises, and that they focus more on learning than on competition. This for me is key to having a pressure-free environment.
