Grow Lean will help you think for yourself! Grow Lean clarified a lot of the confusion around agile scaling and how to go about doing it properly as your agile practices advance. They didn't try to sell any particular solution or framework but gave us the tools to think for ourselves--which is a refreshing take compared to a lot of other scaling classes.

Very insightful materials presented at a good pace with well timed breaks to avoid that inevitable drifting your mind does when you are in these type of sessions for too long! Glad to learn agile/scrum under Don Patti Don Patti teaching style is awesome. I didn't had to dose off in my chair for 1 bit and Don kept it so interesting and made us all smile with his itty bitty jokes that made me interactive during the whole 3 days. The best thing, even we are out of time, Don gave us time to answer questions and in detail informing us the agile way and difference between do agile and being agile. Enjoyed every minute during training, exercises in training and quiz afterwards as well. Thanks Don.
