High quality - Great for a newbie I enjoyed all the multiple ways we were able to engage with the content with the miro board, kahoots, and asking engaging questions during lecture points. This course not just about passing an exam, but about fully understanding and putting into practice the scrum master ways. Excellent content. I also enjoy that the instructor used agile and scrum concepts in his own teaching style. Also, as someone who had little to no background knowledge on project management or agile concepts, this course was un-intimidating Five stars all around!

I thought Don did a great job to make… I thought Don did a great job to make the class fun and interactive. It has been a couple of years since I have had exposure to lean and agile classes so this class provided great insight and refreshers on topics not touched on in a while. The hands on exercises allowed us to interact and share thoughts while working as a team.

This course provides valuable learning for those seeking CSM certification to enhance their careers, expand their knowledge, and add Agile tools to their arsenal. The instructor was vibrant and engaging, with many years of experience. I am confident that I will pass the certification test, and I want to take other training courses offered by Grow-Lean. Content delivery was professionally executed and stayed on schedule with sufficient breaks.

From zero to a high pass in one class Five weeks ago I hasn’t even heard about the concept of Agile Development. Last night I passed the CSM exam and was able to score 96%. This success is almost entirely down to the fantastic structure and clarity of the training course offered by Grow Lean, and the bright, supportive, positive and inspiring tutition of highly experienced trainer Don Patti. Grow Lean also provide a lot of support with using Miro, and with practice exams. It cannot be overstated just how useful those practice tests are. Huge respect and appreciation is also due to the other learners on the course who also helped make this such a fun and positive experience.
