Great content with a great presenter! All the information presented were great! The presenter was great as well! The only thing I would suggest to improve is to, maybe, increase the session days from 3 to 4. I felt like the breakout session activities were great but rushed. If we focus on the activities more and less on presentation, I think we would all grasp the context more! All in all, it was a great expreience!

It was great learning from him and hearing all the different ways he has applied his scrum skills throughout the years. He also did a great job in keeping us engaged. Grow Lean will help you think for yourself! Grow Lean clarified a lot of the confusion around agile scaling and how to go about doing it properly as your agile practices advance. They didn't try to sell any particular solution or framework but gave us the tools to think for ourselves--which is a refreshing take compared to a lot of other scaling classes.

Very insightful materials presented at a good pace with well timed breaks to avoid that inevitable drifting your mind does when you are in these type of sessions for too long! I will definitely be looking to Grow Learn for future educational opportunities.
