Grow Lean will help you think for yourself! Grow Lean clarified a lot of the confusion around agile scaling and how to go about doing it properly as your agile practices advance. They didn't try to sell any particular solution or framework but gave us the tools to think for ourselves--which is a refreshing take compared to a lot of other scaling classes.

Great content with a great presenter! All the information presented were great! The presenter was great as well! The only thing I would suggest to improve is to, maybe, increase the session days from 3 to 4. I felt like the breakout session activities were great but rushed. If we focus on the activities more and less on presentation, I think we would all grasp the context more! All in all, it was a great expreience!

CSM Training The course content of the training was excellent and structured in a way to make it very interactive in the form of exercises, user interactions etc. The David's explanation of the Scrum concepts, his energy level and his approach to provide the real-life examples to the concepts and situations took this training to another level. David explained everything with patience without taking any short cuts. I would highly recommend Grow-Lean for CSM training.
