From zero to a high pass in one class Five weeks ago I hasn’t even heard about the concept of Agile Development. Last night I passed the CSM exam and was able to score 96%. This success is almost entirely down to the fantastic structure and clarity of the training course offered by Grow Lean, and the bright, supportive, positive and inspiring tutition of highly experienced trainer Don Patti. Taking a Grow Lean class means you benefit from their years of industry experience and course development. With the educational materials all being well refined and honed to give you clear and detailed information. It’s also worth pointing out just how much FUN the class is to take. For me that enjoyment of the experience was all down to the excellent atmosphere and approach of trainer Don Patti, and the highly enjoyable learning experience he has crafted as part of Grow Lean. Grow Lean also provide a lot of support with using Miro, and with practice exams. It cannot be overstated just how useful those practice tests are. Huge respect and appreciation is also due to the other learners on the course who also helped make this such a fun and positive experience.

Excellent course The instructor was just amazing and focused on practical aspects of agile and scrum ways of working rather than too much theory. I feel that taking this course will not only make it simple to get certified but will have a positive and immediate impact on my day to day work!

You Will Get the Cert and Much More David Bulkin did an incredible job instructing the CSM class. With his instruction I was able to learn more about agile and pass the exam. Most of all though, he challenged us to think differently about scrum and reframed my thoughts on how scrum should/should not look. I would recommend!

This course provides valuable learning for those seeking CSM certification to enhance their careers, expand their knowledge, and add Agile tools to their arsenal. The instructor was vibrant and engaging, with many years of experience. I am confident that I will pass the certification test, and I want to take other training courses offered by Grow-Lean. Content delivery was professionally executed and stayed on schedule with sufficient breaks.

CSM Training The course content of the training was excellent and structured in a way to make it very interactive in the form of exercises, user interactions etc. The David's explanation of the Scrum concepts, his energy level and his approach to provide the real-life examples to the concepts and situations took this training to another level. David explained everything with patience without taking any short cuts. I would highly recommend Grow-Lean for CSM training.
