GBSo disappointed at this point So disappointed at this point. Shrimp has been substituted in two separate dinners, the last time with no explanation. Contacted BA and was told a credit would be done for the shipping. Never showed up. Contacted again and was given (double) credit. Okay-good, until we tried to eat the steak we had ordered. The meat was so tough and gristly that we threw it out and ordered pizza. We have been with BA for years, but with the way 2024 is going it looks like 2023 will be our last.

GBBeef tenderloin was a plus We enjoyed the main beef tenderloin but were disappointed with the carrots, potatoes, and the dessert. These dishes did not feel special given the occasion. The presentation ideas for the carrots and potatoes were also kind of odd. They looked messy and unappetizing. For the cost, it was also disappointing.

GBIt was a horrible experience It was a horrible experience. I ordered the box to arrive the day before I was having a party with my family (any one ordering this is likely having an event) and it showed up 2 hours into my party the following day. The box was broken, battered and un-useable. Was planning to make a tradition out of it but now I see your holiday box service as unreliable so will have to order elsewhere next year.

GBDelicious Holiday Roast Kit My family thoroughly enjoyed the Blue Apron Holiday Roast box meal kit. The beef tenderloin was so tender and delicious. Everything was easy to prepare & the ingredients were fresh. The rainbow carrots and cheesy potato bake were also outstanding. Rounding out the meal with salad and dessert - perfection!

GBThe food tasted delicious The food tasted delicious, but unfortunately we were missing a knick knack bag, which meant we had to change a couple recipes to fit what we had available. Thankfully, customer service was quick to respond with a generous credit. The produce was fresh and the amount was perfect for my party of three (just enough leftovers!).
