ZAAmazing service This has been fun and challenging at the same time. I had an amazing experience with SheCodes learned how to code in different programming languages. Through the program, I learned valuable coding skills in languages like HTML, CSS and JavaScript. The hands on homeworks and the project allowed me to apply what I learned and I got to learn practical experience. The instructors were so helpful to guide me through the challanges. SheCodes has helped me to build a strong foundation in coding. I am so grateful for the opportunities it has opened for me. I highly recommend SheCodes to anyone looking to dive into the world of coding.”

GBThe "teacher" is not a trained teacher My complaint is about the way Matt Delac teaches. I have been a teacher for many years and I KNOW how to teach. I also have spent many years training teachers. Matt is not a teacher. He was not trained as a teacher and that is very clear in his lessons. He just wings it. He talks very fast, moves very fast, changes his mind during the lesson, tells you an entire way to do something, then says, "but don't do that". I could go on and on about the lack of "teaching" knowledge. In addition, he gives 1/2 the info you need to complete your assignments and we are expected to figure it out ourselves. SheCodes even admits to this in responses on this platform. They don't tell you this when you sign up. I agree with others who have reviewed that it is NOT for "beginners". You need background knowledge before starting these courses. When I finished the basics course, we were asked to write a review. I gave a 3 star and was asked via email to re-consider my review. Red flag. I am currently drowning in the Plus course and I'm very frustrated. I am unable to get my specific issues resolved through Slack and I have even hired a private tutor separately to fill in the blanks. The only reason I am not quitting is because I paid so much money. So, before you pay a lot of money (that is not refundable), please make sure you have some background knowledge on coding and on learning through an asynchronous program.

TRIntroduction to coding Initially, I found myself a bit scared because I had no idea about coding and this has nothing to do with my field, but at the same time it was also a new challenge for me. However, under Matt's guidance, my nerves were quickly replaced with enthusiasm. His teaching style infused the learning process with enjoyment and levity, making grasping coding concepts not only accessible but also enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this workshop to anyone seeking an engaging introduction to coding.
