He’s been extremely patient with me, an old nubby to the trading game. You are not alone in this journey The courses have been so great and informative so far, but by far what sets this system above and beyond is the one on one coaching. There is no way I would be able to figure out everything I need on my own. Knowing that I have unlimited one on one coaching to answer my every question, is just priceless! This team really does want you to LEARN and develop skills to continue on your very own. They build you up so you can go forward with confidence. Course content was solid... but the support offered is AMAZING! I've really enjoyed the course content so far. I'm working through it bit by bit. But what I really appreciate is that I have gotten the occasional text or email nudge from someone on the customer support team. It's always kind, simple, non-urgent but welcoming, usually checking to see if I need help with setting up the charts to be successful. I hate high pressure sales, and up sales.. but I've really enjoyed the support that this team has offered. They're responsive, and understanding and REAL! and if I didn't respond to a text, or email, it was usually a week until they'd reach out again. For me that is ideal. no false urgency, just encouragement and support. Thanks Nicole and Gerald!
