GBTara Cookery - brilliant way to learn new cookery skills I have been doing Tara's virtual cookery classes every week since January! A great way to get through lockdown! Have thoroughly enjoyed learning new cookery skills from Tara who explains everything so well. Have tried out recipes I just wouldn't have attempted as well as some great classics and each one has been fantastic. I thoroughly recommend her classes and look forward to many more.

GBWednesday nights have never been better ! I started Tara’s Wednesday evening classes back in January (during lockdown) and now are totally obsessed with them and still doing them ! Tara is an amazing teacher, chef and has the best recipes that taste amazing (with even me cooking them)! Would also highly recommend the pudding club that she runs on Fridays - a true baker star as well!

GBFantastic teacher and great fun During lockdown I learned lots of new skills and recipes on one of of Tara’s evening cookery groups on Zoom . She is a great teacher - good planning , clear instructions and always upbeat. As well as learning a lot, it was great fun and the delicious meals I produced were wolfed down by my appreciative family . I also recommend a personal lesson in your home or in Tara’s kitchen .

GBMany fun evenings spent cooking (and eating) Tara’s delicious recipes! I have joined many of Tara’s online cookery classes- she makes cooking her fabulous recipes fun and informative. I’ve picked up lots of little tips along the way, learned new techniques and enjoyed some delicious recipes which I’ve continued to make at home. Highly recommended!

GBI did Tara’s Thai green curry cookery… I did Tara’s Thai green curry cookery course, which was absolutely excellent. It was during lockdown so all via zoom, she expertly managed varying WiFi speeds, culinary skills and daft questions (usually mine). I really enjoyed the class and learnt a lot from it. Highly recommend whether you’re already a competent cook looking to widen your dish offerings or are a new kid at the chopping block.
