An invitation to spam Don't trust any promises that your email details won't be sold to spammers. How do I know it's him and not somebody else I hear you ask? It's easy. Somehow his email marketing system picked on my surname instead of my first name, so all his emails addressed me by my surname - incredibly rude and irritating. After telling him three or four times, I unsubscribed, three or four times - now I just mark any emails from him as spam. Since then I've been getting bucket loads of spam, all addressing me by my surname. Apparently I've won lots of prizes and holidays recently! Anyway, this is my warning, be very careful :)

Kindness, Consideration & Encouragement I signed up for a course but became ill and was not able to take course. I kept thinking I would be better, but after 8 months was still not able to participate. I sent request asking if they would consider a refund. Serge kindly approved partial refund with credit towards class in the future (I am determined to return to the point that I can participate). Best photography course online for the beginner to the pro As someone that always tinkered with photography, I was looking for a good photography course. I found Serge Ramelli online. As a new student, he’s very patient and I can tell he’s passionate about his photography. As a retiree, I appreciate everything he does.

Super service desk Super service desk; 2 accounts were merged, correcting my mistake quickly. Serge his trainings are good and I'm learning quite a lot. The only downside is the continuous number of e-mails from his marketing machine. But then again he's not the only one doing this.

Email spam I am very frustrated with the email spam I have received every day for years. I have unsubscribed the newsletter dozens of times, blocked the email address and still receive spam messages. The only solution seems to be to create a new email. "You are already unsubscribed." - Well, it doesn't seem like that.
