Great experience with Winton and Barefoot Consultants I had been following Barefoot Consultants for some time and entered the Jumpstart program, with Winton as my coach. I cannot say enough about how positive this experience has been. His focus was on thoroughly familiarizing me with the Upwork platform. In every session, he shared deep insights and tools for me to apply. He is a very considerate coach, highly professional and knowledgeable, generous with his time, very responsive to my needs, and a great teacher. Now I value him as a friend.

Wonderful coaching experience! I started with the one-to-one coaching with Winton Churchill back in June to currently, and it has been a wonderful, enlightening experience. Winton has been very helpful and great at the details of what a free-lancer might need to have that extra edge in getting their proposals accepted. I have learned so much, and he is very patient while going through the process. I actually had my first 2 proposals accepted, which is unusual I know, but I don't think I would've been that lucky without Winton's guidance throughout the process. The Tuesday evening freelance webinars have been a nice addition to the coaching as I still learn more each time and reinforce what I've already learned as well. If you want to be a successful freelancer, definitely go the extra step in doing the coaching, or at least the weekly Tuesday night webinars.

Get the knowledge to work online from anywhere! I've taken two Barefoot courses and subscribed for several years to the group's site so I could review classes and materials at my leisure. Winton Churchill gives the expat (and especially retiree expats), the confidence to pursue virtual jobs from anywhere in the world. My experiences have all been 5 Star! Thank you Winton and Team!!
