My favorite Cisco Voice/Collab trainings I am a big fan of Faisal Khan and his teaching. I have subscribed to his self learning courses and find them to be very helpful and easy to understand. His course offerings are very unique too such as Cisco Contact Center (UCCE/PCCE/CCX), Webex Calling as they are not available elsewhere, or at least I am not aware of it. I highly recommend Voice Bootcamp for your Cisco voice/collaboration training needs whether you are looking for certifications or for understanding and applying the skills at your job.

Learning Training limitations hi all, i feel that when i initially purchased the study course my intention was to be able to study where ever and when ever time permits. If i'd known i can only access with internet access i would have not made the purchase.

I have just finished my CCNP… I have just finished my CCNP Collaboration Course today. The course had a lot of content to learn. And of course, the way Mr. Faisal khan has taught the class and made us understand; was simply amazing. Mr. Faisal always make things so easy to understand and always gave us the full access to the lab. The lab guide was written in such simple way so that any student can and practice over and over again. After attending this 10 days of bootcamp course I can say that if the students can follow the lectures of Mr. Faisal Khan and can understand the basic concepts, can definitely do well and prepare themselves for the job market or in their existing job.
