GBhelp in the time of COVID-19 I usually order on line but it seemed all the vitamin E was out of stock, So sometimes it's nice to just talk to someone and see what's up. During this pandemic there was a run on Zinc, Vitamin E and C. The agent was able to process an order so I was in line when Bronson was resupplied. The human touch, so underrated these days. The resupply happened within 2 weeks and shipped free. Thank You again Bronson Agent ( I'll call her Agent Deluxe).

GBcurrently there are a lot of products I… currently there are a lot of products I need and use are still out of stock. Understanding because of pandemic. However to secure ingredients for items means that the company needs to have other quality sources to provide products. When unavailable this long when I run out it will effect my regimen and diet for proper health levels to remain in my chemistry of blood workings.

AUWrong product received, Zero response from Customer Service On 28th May I placed an order for 5 x Ultra Strength Capsaicin Pain Relieving Soothe Cream - 4 oz On 29th June, a delivery containing 6 boxes of Vital3 Joint Solution arrived along with a 2oz tube of what I ordered. 3 Attempts at emailing Customer Service have now been ignored. Unhappy!

NZA genuine company who made right Covid 19 delays My 21 March purchase of Vital 3 didn’t arrive. I need this product for my general flexibility and to ensure that my joints don’t swell. I contacted the company and they reshipped my product. Then today, my original order turned up as well. I respect this company for its efforts during Covid 19 to ensure that they met customer obligations. Now I’m just waiting to find out how do I pay for the extra shipment!
