AUWrong product received, Zero response from Customer Service On 28th May I placed an order for 5 x Ultra Strength Capsaicin Pain Relieving Soothe Cream - 4 oz On 29th June, a delivery containing 6 boxes of Vital3 Joint Solution arrived along with a 2oz tube of what I ordered. 3 Attempts at emailing Customer Service have now been ignored. Unhappy!

AUI blindly ordered from this site not… I blindly ordered from this site not having read any reviews and was wildly impressed. I ordered a bottle of Melatonin and a bottle of probiotics to New Zealand and it arrived within a week. My parcels from Australia that I ordered a week before haven't even arrived. Stoked!

GBTheir website is very screwed up Their website is very screwed up. Long time customer, have not been online for a while. I note that the last TrustPilot review was FOUR years ago! I had to re-establish my account. They still have my address wrong and have not connected my purchase history to my new account. Chat person tried to be helpful, but admitted that their website was in poor condition. They need to fire their webmaster!

GBhelp in the time of COVID-19 I usually order on line but it seemed all the vitamin E was out of stock, So sometimes it's nice to just talk to someone and see what's up. During this pandemic there was a run on Zinc, Vitamin E and C. The agent was able to process an order so I was in line when Bronson was resupplied. The human touch, so underrated these days. The resupply happened within 2 weeks and shipped free. Thank You again Bronson Agent ( I'll call her Agent Deluxe).
