GBhelp in the time of COVID-19 I usually order on line but it seemed all the vitamin E was out of stock, So sometimes it's nice to just talk to someone and see what's up. During this pandemic there was a run on Zinc, Vitamin E and C. The agent was able to process an order so I was in line when Bronson was resupplied. The human touch, so underrated these days. The resupply happened within 2 weeks and shipped free. Thank You again Bronson Agent ( I'll call her Agent Deluxe).

PAExcellent results and service Have been using Bronson for a couple years. Previously bought on Amazon. However prefer buying direct as shipping is quick and easier to find a variety of other quality products. The sustained release B complex has eliminated a vitamin B12 deficiency and I could not be happier.

GBI've been using Bronson products for… I've been using Bronson products for over 30 years. Customer service has always been kind, courteous & helpful. And the products are, and continue to be good quality. I am frustrated sometimes when a product is out of stock for some time but, all my inquiries indicate that it is the 'price' of good quality control. GBI've had an ordinry experience with… I've had an ordinry experience with Bronson Vitamins. Allthough the orders have been avergae, the customer service I've experienced has been straght forward and easy to understand and agvess too. I would say, no suprsie in the product or anything like that. It's kinda what y ou pay for, and the prices are fiar. The shipping slow, but relaitively cheep for what you get. All in all it's a bit avarage!

NZA genuine company who made right Covid 19 delays My 21 March purchase of Vital 3 didn’t arrive. I need this product for my general flexibility and to ensure that my joints don’t swell. I contacted the company and they reshipped my product. Then today, my original order turned up as well. I respect this company for its efforts during Covid 19 to ensure that they met customer obligations. Now I’m just waiting to find out how do I pay for the extra shipment!
