NZA genuine company who made right Covid 19 delays My 21 March purchase of Vital 3 didn’t arrive. I need this product for my general flexibility and to ensure that my joints don’t swell. I contacted the company and they reshipped my product. Then today, my original order turned up as well. I respect this company for its efforts during Covid 19 to ensure that they met customer obligations. Now I’m just waiting to find out how do I pay for the extra shipment!

GBSupplied out of date products Delivered a bottle of vitamins which were past the expiry date. Emailed a week ago asking if they would resolve this issue and they decided to ignore my email. 1 star for not operating a proper stock control process (and not the first time if you look at the reviews) and 1 star for rubbish customer services. What they supply is obviously cheap for a reason.

GBI've been using Bronson products for… I've been using Bronson products for over 30 years. Customer service has always been kind, courteous & helpful. And the products are, and continue to be good quality. I am frustrated sometimes when a product is out of stock for some time but, all my inquiries indicate that it is the 'price' of good quality control. Thank you, Bronson, for keeping you quality good, and your prices reasonable!
