I've been using Bronson products for… I've been using Bronson products for over 30 years. Customer service has always been kind, courteous & helpful. And the products are, and continue to be good quality. I am frustrated sometimes when a product is out of stock for some time but, all my inquiries indicate that it is the 'price' of good quality control. Thank you, Bronson, for keeping you quality good, and your prices reasonable!

I had to re-establish my account. They still have my address wrong and have not connected my purchase history to my new account. Chat person tried to be helpful, but admitted that their website was in poor condition. They need to fire their webmaster!

However to secure ingredients for items means that the company needs to have other quality sources to provide products. When unavailable this long when I run out it will effect my regimen and diet for proper health levels to remain in my chemistry of blood workings.

They have a wide selection of vitams and supplemens, but their product range could be improovved upon. Althugh they do offer some discounts and seasonal sales, they could offer more. The ordering process was straightforward and the checkout process was relatively quick. The customer service so far has been satisfactiry, albeit a bit slow in times. Although I've had no issues, I have heard some buyers raising concerns about delivery times. All in all, I found shopping at BronsonVitamins.com to be ok.

Love Bronson vitamins - they are the best .... I found Bronson Vitamins in the student store at the College of San Mateo in 1973. My family and I have been taking them ever since, ordering mostly online, without a hitch until now. It must be the virus that has so many products we take out of stock. These are wonderful products and the customer service (at least in the USA) is excellent. When we started taking Bronson Vitamins we were young and cool and healthy, and now we're old and cool and very healthy and really need them - please come back strong - we need you!!!
