The products are effective, love that they are not filled with fake sweeteners, well formulated, and I can literally see a visible change in my sleep patterns through my fitbit tracking. I am using the 500mg CBD plus Terpenes, with a 3/4 dropper sublingual right before crawling into bed. I also use the lotion which has significantly reduced my joint aches in my hands and has really been great for moisturizing, but with little to no scent, no perfumes added. When I run out of the 500mg I'll switch to my new bottle of 1000mg plus terpenes for bed. I cannot recommend this enough, worth every penny.
