There is to much powder in the bottom… There is to much powder in the bottom of the cup even after you use the mixer and stir it several times with a spoon.

Just OK I love all the ingredients but I cannot stand the taste of the Pineapple Orange, plus it clumps and does not dissolve fully. I’d like to check out another flavor, but they need to do something about it clumping. I did love the Apple cider gummies, they were very yummy. Only had about a week so no major differences, but if I’ll keep you updated

Customer Service is Excellent! The tropical punch collagen is so tasty, I end up drinking more water than I would otherwise. But this review is really about their customer service. I’ve been ordering directly through Britney for over a year and she always responds quickly and professionally. I’ve never had had a problem with an order until recently and Britney went above and beyond to resolve the issue. My problem was not with the product and wasn’t her fault but she took good care of me anyway.
