GBhad to file a chargeback because they refused to refund me within 48hrs of checking out their slack channel, I was convinced that their lack of support, unanswered student questions, canceled zoom meetings, and low activity was not worth the price, there's a lot more active more communities on Discord, Twitter, etc, I emailed for a refund, and both Melanie from support and Qazi emailed me back trying to make me continue with the program, ignoring my refund request, Melanie later informed me she'd forward my request and I haven't heard from her since even though she's still posting on slack, but as far as learning JS and React, you can learn those two more affordably via Udemy and Youtube, and by building projects using concepts you learned so the material sticks, I truly regret ever doing business with this guy.

GB$2,000 Scam for their bootcamp Back in February of 2023 I decided to join their bootcamp so I applied. The first step was to do a call and tell them why I wanted to join, the call was normal until they ask me how much money I had saved on my bank account. That's when they told me that it will cost me $2,000 (huge red flag) so I paid without thinking too much about it. 1 week later they told me that it was going to be a 6 month bootcamp. After the first 2 weeks of the bootcamp all the teachers stop answering and thats all I ever heard from them. I email them and nothing to this day (April 2024). Don't expend any money for any of their classes is a waste I would sue then but I rather use my money somewhere else.

GBI give only a less than average score… I give only a less than average score for Clever Programmer. I attended their live classes on Youtube and Facebook multiple times as well as watched many of their videos online. There were a couple problems I noticed which made their program not for me. 1. They were always late for live sessions. I have been working in the IT field since 1989. Being late is just not good practice. You must respect the time of everyone who wants to learn and they just didn't seem to do that. That's a big red flag for me and not professional. 2. I found other instructors who were better teachers for me and taught the same items that PWJ did for a fraction of the cost. Much of the information can even be found for free. In summary, the price they charge just is not worth it in my opinion, everything they teach can be found somewhere else for free or for significantly less. They do not respect the time of others joining their live sessions online. If you say you are going to start at 1:00, do not finally start at 1:30. This is just not professional and it happened often - too often for my liking. After much thought about whether I should join or not, I decided not to. Many reviews tell you if you are on the fence, just join now. I decided to hop off the fence and run the other way, I am very happy with the decision I made and the total cost I paid to learn Web Development, front-end, Back-end, React and so much more was $40 via other sources.

GBFullstack Mastery bootcamp student Fullstack Mastery bootcamp student here. I'm very happy with the results of my bootcamp experience taking me from someone dabbling with code to someone who has a firm grasp of major frontend and backend principles, project building experience, and team-oriented developer methodologies. Pros - fantastically engaging instructors - focus on deep learning of JavaScript basics and application of constant problem solving - guided self-learning projects - readily available community to push you forward as you build and develop skills - emphasis on continuous improvement as technologies change Cons - capstone project structure was disorganized - too little time spent on backend (node.js) as a fullstack program

GBThe Best Part of Clever Programmer The best part about Clever Programmer is the community and the energy! It doesn't feel like a typical classroom where people show up and leave with minimal discussion after a lecture. They do a really good job on listening to feedback shifting things around if needed. I am incredibly grateful to be able to work with my fellow peers in my cohort as well as the instructors.
