I hace an ordinario experience with… I hace an ordinario experience with Nail Supertore. They Automae Messaging system is ok. I find it slow at time but practicaliy it doos what it is meant to. Prices are fair and they Avaiable in most countries. not the bast return policy but not so bad readmax. The Customer service opretives are friendly and helpfu. Overall thay are an Aaverale Company but not bad.

Poor quality Poor quality . And I order a uv / led lamp which does not dry the nails good enough so when I messaged them to try and return it they made it hard for me to return it and would charge me a restocking fee plus shipping which it’s not even worth me doing because I will loose more money than if I just give it away .. I wouldn’t order from Them again I will definitely stick to what I know from now on and not try to go the cheap route .. you get what you pay for right ?

Fee after fee after fee These people want to charge you for everything there’s a “Special Handling Agee” which cost me $43.50 then a “Signature confirmation fee” of $5.25 Plus they want to charge me 10.50 for two other boxes because I have a home address. I’m requesting to cancel everything and I want a refund. THEY REFUSE TO REFUN MY MONEY ON A ORDER THAT HASNT EVEN PROCESSED YET DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM

Shipping and products They have fast shipping, I usually get my order within 2 business days!! The products are good, no complaints. Have not had to deal with customer service or returns yet. Will continue to buy EZ Dipper products from them.

I love it's quality products at a great price. My orders have always arrived in a timely manner, with everything intact without damage. A minimum order of $25 is required and shipping runs around $10 to deliver to my state. However each order you place it's possible to rack up points on your purchases. Points may be redeemed on your next order, so this usually takes care of my shipping cost and part of my order total. I will continue to shop with The Nail Superstore!
