Their customer service is middlin' and their reliability could use some improvement. However, if you're in a pinch, they'll help you out in a pinch. Overall, Mediocre, I wouldn't recomend using them unless you really can't find anything else.

I wouldn’t use any other product I came across Rooted when my son was having issues with anxiety. I was a little leery of giving it to him, but when in a major anxiety attack it brought him down very quickly. With that being said, I also have a pup who is deathly afraid of fireworks. The dog treats are absolutely amazing and helped him through this past Fourth of July.

all I can say is that 14 year old… all I can say is that 14 year old Golden Husky thrives on her CBD TREATS ! I enjoy the product but the online form… I enjoy the product but the online form to change the shipping address is garbage. Even after it was changed manually, I received confit that is being sent here instead of the desired destination. Fix this immediately, especially since I’ve paid more than $20 for shipping

Would recommend Recommend Rooted CBD pellets for horses! Our horse has a variety of issues (osteoarthritis, anxiety and stifle injury) and it seems to be helping with all of them.
