Jury is still deliberating I have been taking this supplement for about three months now. I think I am noticing some changes in my muscle & joints soreness/stiffness. My energy level is still about the same. My sleep pattern has not changed, but I am having more, and really strange dreams. My digestive health seems to be about the same.
