I’ve been taking the Vitruvin products… I’ve been taking the Vitruvin products for several months now. I specifically take:NMN,CoQ10,Spermadine,Apegenin,and transresveratrol. I love the research the company shares and the quality control in place to make sure the products are made properly. My energy level has improved and cognitive clarity.

The product works I wish the company would be more helpful with advice Overal I have no complaints, I wish to be more informed as I am on shipments every month. Right now the research I am seeing is 1000 mg per day of NMN is better than 500. I would like to know what Vitruvin thinks. If age makes a difference and when we should be upping the dose. I also have been noticing more competition and prices that are less for 1000 mg doses from some companies that I see as repitable.
