GBI had an issue regarding an undelivered order I had an issue regarding an undelivered order and Vitruvin Support sent a replacement. It took a while to resolve however, I finally received my shipment. I will continue to purchase from Vitruvin since they addressed my concerns effectively.

GBI had an oridinary experiance with… I had an oridinary experiance with Vitruvin, altho it was almost good. The website is easy to use and esthetically pleasing. It sells a wide range of products which are easy to find. I didn't have to wait too long for anythng, however, it did take a whiule for me to get an answer from customer service. All in all it's ok, but needs to address the customer service part.
