The course provided the direction and skills to apply immediately in your day-to-day work. This course is not structured around how to pass a test, but you will acquire the knowledge necessary to easily pass it.

Dynamic, interactive online training Aaron facilitated the training class by providing real-life -world examples; thereby turning the course material into a dynamic and interactive learning experience. Participants' questions were addressed, resulting in good discussions with a full understanding of Scrum.

Scrum Master trainubg Attended the Scrum Master training April 16 -18. Things liked: 1) 'Miro' Board content. (wasn't Miro, but similar.) 2) size of class - not to small, not too large 3) group exercises Dislikes: 1) Facilitator/trainer had good knowledge, but very verbose, and makes makes comments that (and I generalize here) are baked in the theory but many will be challenged in applying in a practical way. It would have been good to have more discussion in class on application of the 'theory' to real projects from perspective of attendees. too much rhetoric. 2) More group exercises, esp. on Day #2 where it was almost all 'lecture' and talking.

Excellent coach with interactive class Aaron was very knowledgeable and interactive trainer. Her helped to understand the concepts with breakout session and provided real world examples. I was able to pass CSM on the first take. Totally recommend Thinkloder to anyone. I am also planning to take A-CSM class.
