The manner in which the material was presented with a brief quiz after each chapter was a positive experience in retaining the information and verifying that the material was retained. It was presented in a clear and simple manner. Taking the program online at your convenience was an easy process. I think the exam focused on the high points of the program and the questions were professionally written. Would recommend IAP to anyone wanting to learn and grow or change careers.

USThis review is for the support tech… This review is for the support tech they have for IAP. I needed some help with something, and they got on it with a partial refund, when they technically didn't have to give me anything. The lady who helped me is Alexa, and she explained everything about the course and answered all of my questions and was very accomodating. I apprecite their support system for the students.
