Awesome support Awesome support. They have instructions to walk you through technology issues and how to adjust device to make the test work for students. It was always easy and quick to get a real person. The people you talk to really understand they program. I tested 19 students for the first time and it went great!

My experience was good My experience was good. The test itself was simple. I would have given a 5 star but I didn't like how I couldn't schedule both reading and math in the same day with a couple hour break. We have a crazy busy schedule so breaking it up made it harder on us. I loved getting my results the day of and a break down the next day. I do wish the break down was explained a bit better. In all a good experience no real complaints.
