Responsive, kind and helpful. Just what we need! The response time was very quick and was very helpful! I believe it was Bennett that I worked with primarily to get itemized receipts for our EFA and it was super smooth. And then the testing went easily the last two years. We appreciate very much being able to do MAP testing in our home and tune the testing environment and needs to our children. And the turn around time for results and reports is helpful for us too.

Awesome support Awesome support. They have instructions to walk you through technology issues and how to adjust device to make the test work for students. It was always easy and quick to get a real person. The people you talk to really understand they program. I tested 19 students for the first time and it went great!

Easy and satisfying process Easy test scheduling, flexible test start time, easy to follow instructions. We were able to schedule a test only a few days out, start the test early or late depending on our schedule, and the instructions were not complicated at all.
