She worked with student very closely and gave step-by-step help and instructions throughout the entire preparation and application process over the past 3-4 years. She was incredibly responsive and phenomenally helpful throughout all phases (at all hours of the night!) I would say all of this even if our son had not gotten admitted to his top choice highly selective Ivy League school ED.
