Review of College Counseling Services There was a lot of good and bad. The outlined guides for supplementals and essays paired with the back and forth edits were extremely helpful. However, the original “grading” of your application areas was very harsh and I was recommended to not even apply to my top school (which I got into).

Don't bother with the other college counseling companies - Solomon delivers results. Thanks to Solomon, our daughter got into her very competitive early decision school, which has a 6.5% acceptance rate. Solomon's strategic positioning and early guidance as to summer activities and extracurriculars made all the difference. Even at our private school, we were not given this high level of guidance. Our daughter got competitive internships and worked on a paper with a professor - and Carla led her through every step to getting these accolades. Carla also helped focus her on the things that mattered and gave her motivation to do her best. She was also always ahead of her classmates in terms of deadlines for writing the essays, resume, extracurricular lists, etc. We happily give our highest recommendation to Solomon Consulting. They are not cheap, but you get what you pay for.

Excellent Positiining Our counselor, Peter Zimmerman, was amazing. Starting from positioning to detailing out each and every step of the process, he was extremely knowledgeable. My daughter got into an Ivy League, and I don’t think she could have done it without Peter’s guidance. We are extremely happy with our decision to choose Solomon.

excellent company and consultant For any parents out there looking to help their high schoolers get into their dream colleges, I can't recommend Solomon Admissions enough. The earlier you start the process, the better. We've had an amazing experience with our consultant, Samantha Shepard-Guerinoni. She is very knowledgeable and is always responsive to any questions we may have had throughout the entire process. She worked with student very closely and gave step-by-step help and instructions throughout the entire preparation and application process over the past 3-4 years. She not only guided student but also encouraged them and was very helpful in every step of the application process. We can't thank her enough.
